As a researcher, Vidar has published significant empirical findings on behaviour change and overseen and assisted several change initiatives around the world. His passion is “lasting change to improve results.”
He is an expert in It/Telecom, Oil & Gas, Energy, Government, Healthcare and Manufacturing. He is fluent in English, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, and Dutch. When he’s not leading and influencing, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, playing football and volleyball and reading.
