Daja Davidson knows a thing or two, or five million, about stage presence. That’s how many TV and online viewers watched her live in a modern-day reality show, the Miss America Competition. She was a Top Seven finalist, and her friends at Black Sheep thought she should have won … but perhaps we’re just a tad biased … because she’s just that good in front of a crowd, whether in-person or online.
When it comes to communications and branding, Daja leads the way, currently serving as Marketing Director for Upcountry Fiber, a division of Blue Ridge Electric Cooperative in South Carolina. She is responsible for all their social media and traditional marketing efforts, representing their brand on local, state and national levels. She is currently pursuing her MBA degree from Louisiana State University.
Known for her engaging and entertaining style, Daja hosts numerous events, always to rave reviews for her energy, humor and spontaneity. She knows how to help her audience unleash their BS (best selves)! When not delivering programs for organizations, including radio and streaming programs for her alma mater, Clemson University, Daja and her husband own a sports performance gym, Tempo Sports Academy. She is most proud of volunteer work with Ripple of One and Upstate Institute for Youth. The Davidsons call Seneca, SC their home.
