He has elevated the talent systems of numerous companies through his detailed work on organizational design and assessment, evaluation, learning & development strategy, employee development experiences and executive coaching. 

A few career highlights include the strategic design and delivery of transformational learning experiences for executives and leaders at GE, developing and implementing strategic initiatives for JP Morgan Chase and leading large organizational change strategies for a leading consulting firm.

Bob’s talents have served Fortune 500 clients such as GE, JP Morgan Chase, Pfizer, Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Intel, Met Life, Barclay’s Capital, and Intel along with many others. He is certified in numerous leadership assessments and curriculums.

When he’s not working, Bob enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and biking. He also loves to cook and to share his time and talents with a variety of non-profit organizations.
